Wokingham Regeneration is made up of several phase

- Carnival Pool Phase 1 and Carnival Pool Phase 2

PEACH PLACE REFURBISHMENT (PEACH PLACE PORTFOLIO)
This plan shows the area of Peach Place which was refurbished in 2013-2014.
A refurbishment approach was used to allow tenants like Boots and Clarks to continue trading in the town throughout. This area is now known as the Peach Place Portfolio.
PEACH PLACE REDEVELOPMENT
This plan shows the proposals for the redevelopment of Peach Place. You can find out more about this phase on the Peach Place page.

This plan shows the overarching proposals for the Carnival Pool (Phase 1 and Phase 2) You can find out more about these phases on the Carnival Pool page.
This plans shows the designs for Phase 1 (Multi-storey car park and ground floor leisure unit) in more detail.
Plans for Phase 2 are currently being worked up and further detail is expected in 2017.
